Our Website and the developments described on our Website are located in Florida and within the United States of America.  We do not advertise or market our Website or any development described on the Website outside of the United States. • When you contact us by telephone or by mail, we will collect your first name, last name, telephone or mailing address, as applicable, and any other information that you choose to provide to us (collectively, “General Inquiry Information”). 

• If you interact with us on a social media network, we will collect your first name, last name, profile name, and any other information that you choose to provide to us (collectively, “Social Media Inquiry Information”).

How Does SOTA Use the Information that it Collects?

• We use your Online Inquiry Information and General Inquiry Information for purposes of responding to your specific inquiry of us. We will also add your first and last name, email address, telephone number (if applicable), and zip code, to our relationship management database, which we will use to periodically contact you with information about us that might be of interest. You may opt-out of receiving any communications from us by following the instructions provided at the end of each such message.

• Social Media Inquiry Information is used for purposes of responding to your specific request of us. Please note that use of any social media network is also governed by the terms of service or terms of use applicable to the given social media platform, which is not owned or controlled by SOTA.   

• We use Usage Information that is collected from internet cookies as detailed in the Internet Cookies Section of this Policy.

Does SOTA Share Information with Third Parties?

In connection with making our Website available to you, we utilize third party service providers.  Our third party service providers render a variety of services, including data and web hosting, web development, marketing, advertising, and legal services.  We will disclose the information that we collect from you to these third party service providers to the extent necessary for them to provide their services to us.  To the extent that you permit our use of tracking technologies, including social media network pixels, by the choices you select through our cookie banner, we will disclose your personal identifying information to social media networks, including facebook and Instagram, for targeted advertisements.

Responding to Legal Process

Children’s Online Privacy

SOTA does not knowingly market to or otherwise solicit Personal Information (defined in this Section) from children under the age of thirteen.  For purposes of this Section, the term “Personal Information” has the meaning set forth under the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act in 15 U.S.C. § 6501, et. al. and its regulations.  “Personal Information” means first and last name, home or other physical address, email address, telephone number, social security number, and other identifiers. 

All users of our Website must be at least eighteen years of age.  If you are under the age of eighteen, please do not provide us with any Personal Information.  If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child who is under the age of eighteen and you have reason to believe that your child may have provided us with Personal Information, please contact us using the contact details at the bottom of this Policy and we will promptly remove your child’s information from our system.

Our Website includes hyperlinks to websites, which are not owned or operated by SOTA (each, a “Third-Party Website”).  We provide hyperlinks to Third-Party Websites for your convenience and for informational purposes only.  You hereby expressly acknowledge and agree that we have no control over the content, information, business, or privacy practices of any Third-Party Website that is owned or operated by a third party.  We strongly encourage you to carefully review the privacy policies and terms of service for any Third-Party Website. Under no circumstances will we be liable to you or any other party in connection with your use of a Third-Party Website.

Revisions to this Policy

We reserve the right to revise this Policy from time to time in our discretion.  In the event that we revise our Policy, we will update the “Last Modified Date” that is displayed at the top of this document.  Updates to the Policy shall become effective upon their posting.  It is your responsibility to check this Policy on a regular basis for revisions.  If you do not agree with any revision to this Policy, then you should immediately cease your use of the Website.  Your use of the Website after a revision has been posted shall be deemed as your acceptance thereof.
